OK guys here it is… the promised Dream Cheese video. It turned out a little longer than most of our videos, but we really wanted to show you every step and explain it thoroughly so that you can try it right away!
This can be made with yogurt, clabbered milk or kefir (kefir is standard in our house). If you use store bought yogurt be sure to use ONLY plain yogurt that has no thickening agents (such as pectin, gelatin or any gums) as it will not properly drain.
It feels so satisfying to have healthy, quick food on hand, ready to go to feed a busy family. Convenience food does not have to be unhealthy!
