5-Minute No-Knead Dinner Rolls

A quick and easy side for that bowl of soup (or fantastic and quick hamburger buns!), these dinner rolls will be a hit, slathered with butter or dunked in a bowl of roasted veggie soup.

Instructions

  • Using wet hands, pinch off a small, golf-ball-sized ball of dough.
  • Stretch the dough around onto itself until a nice tight ball is formed.
  • Place dough onto a silicone-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until just turning golden brown on top.

Notes

Serving options:
  • Alongside a bowl of soup. 
  • Sliced in half and slathered with butter. 
  • Sliced in half and used as a hamburger bun. 
  • Sliced in half and used for sandwiches.
