Homemade Poultry Seasoning Recipe

Equipment

  • Spice Grinder or dedicated coffee grinder just for spices

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons dried thyme
  • 4 Tablespoons dried sage
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Measure and add all dry ingredients into a pint-sized Mason jar and shake to combine.
  • If you’d like a finer seasoning blend, add the poultry seasoning to the spice grinder in batches and blend until the herbs are a fine powder.
  • Store powdered poultry seasoning in an airtight Mason jar and store it out of direct sunlight.
