We’ve been working on our terrace garden area for a few years now. Each year, we make improvements and implement systems to streamline it.
This year, it’s our goal to win the battle of the grass that keeps trying to choke out my crops. Though it’s not an ideal option, we’ve resorted to covering the ground in black landscape fabric. We’ll leave this on for two years to kill back the grasses, then plant a heavy planting of clover cover crop.
